It's been a while I shop on crazy factory and I have to say that the quality - price relation is very good, shipping has improved a lot and mostly I don't need customer service as all runs very smooth, however when needed it was mostly difficult!

Genuinely obsessed. I haven’t been able to find a diameter bigger than a 10mm, so finding this 14mm I was so excited. Only thing I would change is the depth of the ball indents that hold, just so the ball would be a bit more secure.
